Solutions Property Management was started by Becky Jo Walls and April M. Walls because Brown County landlords deserved better than a 1-800 number.
Our story
In 2024, we sat at Becky's kitchen table in Howard and made a list of every complaint we'd heard from Brown County landlords over the previous decade. The list was long. The pattern was simple: nobody answered their phone, nobody told them what was happening, and everybody charged more than they were worth.
We thought: somebody should build a property management company that just doesn't do those three things. So we did.
Solutions Property Management is woman-owned, family-run, and rooted entirely in Brown County. We answer our own phone. We walk every property. We pass every maintenance invoice through at cost. And we let any client walk away with 30 days notice — because if we're not earning it, we shouldn't be billing for it.
We don't manage anyone we wouldn't be proud to call a client. And we don't ask anyone to stay who isn't happy.

Maintenance markups are how PMs nickel-and-dime owners. We don't do it. Vendors invoice you direct.
Earn it monthly
